Purchasing Policy Creekside Nursery is a wholesale only nursery. As such, all customers must provide a verifiable business name and tax identification number prior to their first purchase from us.
Terms and Conditions All prices are F.O.B. Creekside Nursery, Hempstead, Texas. Cash or checks are required at the time of pick up or delivery unless a credit account has been set up prior to the purchase. Established credit terms are net 30 days from invoice date. An interest rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum will be charged for late payment.
Office Hours Our business offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and are closed for major holidays.
Delivery/Pick-Up Conditions Delivery is available to your location for a reasonable fee. Please call for minimum order requirements for your area. For delivered orders, please have a crew available for unloading, especially for orders of 15 gallon size trees and larger. Orders may also be picked up from our nursery, but only by appointment. We require 24 hours advance notice of a pick up, and 48 hours for orders to be delivered.
Claims and Liability Creekside Nursery gives no warranty on our products, expressed or implied. We do guarantee all plant material to be in good condition at the time of sale and delivery. Any claim against this must be made within 24 hours of receiving material, and liability is limited to purchase price.
Purchasing materials from Creekside Nursery constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.
